About Us
Florencia Garcia Sigmon, Esq. is a bilingual Immigration Attorney based out of Port Saint Lucie, Florida. She has represented clients throughout the nation before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (“USCIS”) as well as before multiple Immigration Courts (“EOIR”) throughout the State of Texas.
Florencia was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and lived in Mexico City before moving to the United States. She graduated with a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. She continued her education at Florida State University College of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctorate. Florencia is licensed to practice law in all Federal Immigration Courts and is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
While in law school, Florencia was a member of the Mock Trial Team and the Children’s Advocacy Clinic. Following graduation she worked for a Civil Defense firm in Tampa, Florida. After moving to Texas with her family, she worked for an immigration firm in Dallas where she focused her practice on Removal Defense, Asylum, and Family Based Petitions. Prior to returning to Florida, she also supervised the Immigration Department at a renowned Criminal Law firm in Texas where she represented clients throughout the United States.
As an immigrant herself, she understands the struggles immigrants face when trying to move to the United States. She finds great joy in obtaining successful results for her clients and works tirelessly to ensure that her clients are given every opportunity they deserve to remain in the United States.
Outside of work, Florencia enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family.
